Cancellation, Refund & Rescheduling Policy

At IMAGOFY and ALASAA Consulting, we value long-term relationships and believe in dealing fairly and transparently with our clients, learners, and corporate partners.

This policy outlines the terms governing cancellations, refunds, transfers, and rescheduling of our products and services.


1. Scope

This policy applies to:

  • Online Courses
  • Corporate Training Programs
  • Workshops and Masterclasses
  • Coaching and Mentoring Sessions
  • Consulting Engagements
  • Webinars and Live Events
  • Digital Products and Downloadable Resources

By purchasing or registering for any of our offerings, you agree to this policy.


2. Digital Courses and Self-Paced Learning Programs

Due to the nature of digital products, access to course materials is generally considered delivered immediately upon activation.

Cancellation Before Access

If a participant requests cancellation before course access has been activated, a refund may be considered after deducting applicable payment gateway charges and administrative costs.

Cancellation After Access

Once course access has been granted, downloaded, or substantially consumed, cancellations or refunds will ordinarily not be available.

Exceptions may be considered only in cases involving:

  • Duplicate payments
  • Technical errors preventing access that cannot reasonably be resolved
  • Accidental duplicate registrations

The final decision shall remain at the sole discretion of IMAGOFY.


3. Live Workshops, Masterclasses and Webinars

Participants may request cancellation up to 7 calendar days before the scheduled event.

In such cases, one of the following options may be offered:

  • Full credit towards a future event;
  • Transfer of registration to another participant; or
  • Refund after deduction of applicable administrative and payment processing charges.

Requests received within seven days of the event may not be eligible for refunds, as planning and resource commitments would already have been made.

If IMAGOFY or ALASAA Consulting cancels or reschedules an event, participants may choose either:

  • Full refund; or
  • Transfer to the revised schedule.

4. Coaching and Mentoring Sessions

Individual coaching or mentoring sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours prior notice, subject to mutual availability.

Sessions missed without prior notice, or cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time, may be treated as utilised.

Package-based coaching programs are generally non-refundable once the engagement has commenced.


5. Corporate Training and Consulting Assignments

Corporate interventions involve resource allocation, consultant scheduling, preparation, and planning.

Accordingly:

More than 15 days before commencement:

Cancellation may be made without penalty, except for any non-recoverable third-party expenses already incurred.

Between 7 and 15 days:

Up to 50% of the agreed professional fees may be retained towards planning, preparation, and resource commitments.

Less than 7 days:

The engagement may be treated as confirmed, and up to 100% of the agreed fees may become payable, depending on the extent of preparation and commitments made.

Where possible, we encourage rescheduling rather than cancellation.


6. Consulting Projects

Consulting assignments are generally milestone-based.

Work completed up to the date of cancellation shall remain payable.

Any advance payments received against completed milestones shall be non-refundable.

Any unused portion of project fees may be adjusted based on the actual work completed and commitments already undertaken.


7. Digital Downloads and Resource Materials

Templates, reports, assessments, downloadable documents, digital toolkits, and similar electronic products are non-returnable and non-refundable once access or download has been provided.


8. Refund Processing

Where refunds are approved, they will ordinarily be processed through the original mode of payment.

Processing times may vary depending on banks and payment gateways but are generally completed within 7–10 working days.

IMAGOFY and ALASAA Consulting shall not be responsible for delays caused by banks, payment processors, or financial institutions.


9. Duplicate Payments

In the event of an accidental duplicate payment, the excess amount will be refunded after verification.

Such requests should be reported within seven days of the transaction.


10. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unforeseen situations may arise.

In cases involving medical emergencies, natural disasters, or other extraordinary circumstances, cancellation or rescheduling requests may be considered on compassionate grounds.

Any such decision shall remain entirely at the discretion of IMAGOFY or ALASAA Consulting.


11. Our Right to Cancel or Modify Services

We reserve the right to postpone, reschedule, modify, substitute facilitators, change delivery formats, or cancel any offering due to operational requirements, insufficient participation, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Where such cancellation originates from us, participants will be offered either:

  • A full refund, or
  • Transfer to an alternate schedule or equivalent offering.

13. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to revise this Cancellation, Refund & Rescheduling Policy from time to time.

Any updates will become effective immediately upon publication on this website.
